Jeremy Flaugh
Owner, Business Development
Jeremy comes to us with a great background in Information Technology. He has worked as a Network Engineer for over 20 years. He has recently taken his Registered Behavior Technician coursework to learn more about what ABA is and how to best work with the clients.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys working on cars and going to car shows. He also likes to travel.
Gretchen Flaugh
Owner, Clinical Director
Gretchen Flaugh is the owner and clinical director of Honeycomb ABA Therapy. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). Gretchen earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and her master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She went on to get a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

Gretchen has worked with children for a number of years, first as a group supervisor in daycares and then as a teacher. She then started working in behavior services, working both in the home and at a clinic.

When not at work, Gretchen likes to spend time with her family. They enjoy traveling. Gretchen and her husband are also beekeepers.
